I am so proud of our general reference & instruction librarians! In the last couple of months or so, our folks have implemented meebo at the desk and I hear its use is growing with little advertising. They’re building an assignment calculator (based on U of Minn.), a reference stats program (from U of WI), a wiki, and a GoogleDOCs calendar for their scheduleing. The Talking in the Library blog was mentioned by the big guys at OCLC and is getting lots of hits!
I’m excited to be part of an organization that encourages experimentation with library 2.0 and web 2.0! Way to go, folks!
