Last days in St. Ives
Walking. Lots of walking. Lots of gawking at the beauty of the Cornish coast line. I found a couple of spots with magnificent views. What am I saying? Almost everywhere you go in St. Ives there’s a great view! Turn a corner, there’s a view. Look down an alleyway, there’s a view.
And finally, after all these weeks in the UK, I have my first cream tea! Bumbles Tea Room is at the end of Back Roads West as it curves around and takes you toward the Tate. Two scones, Cornish clotted cream, jam, and tea. A tradition. And the place does the locally made clotted cream not something in a little ready made tub. Yummie!
